Job Description / Responsibility
- Overall responsibility for the credit management function and oversee the underwriting/credit control of all loan files
- Assist in the establishing and updating all lending policies & guidelines
- Responsible for the administration and direction of the Credit Risk Management division
- Responsible for preparing and submitting applicable files to the Credit Committee
- Monitoring performance of the loan portfolio and report to the Management Team on a periodic basis
- Liaise and monitor the portfolio is managed appropriately
- Preparation of Credit Memorandum for the Board approval
- Adherence of Central Bank directives on loans and advances
- Strict management of Early Alert Accounts

Educational Requirements
- Post-Graduation from any reputed university with preferably Business Administration background
- Omega certification is preferred
Job Requirements
- Banking experience of 10 to 15 years is required (preferably in Centralized Banking)
- Strong knowledge of Credit practices with a good understanding of credit risk and ideally been exposed to restructuring /work outs
- Well conversant of Credit Risk Management guidelines of Bangladesh Bank
- Strong analytical skills and able to assess risk while protecting the interest of the Bank, customers an investors
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to work well in a small and dynamic team
- Proficient in the suit of Microsoft Office products and credit risk tools
- Age not more than 45 years
