- The primary responsibility of the role is to develop and execute loyalty programs of Cards Business by developing and incorporating new and stimulating existing business activities in efficient and effective manner. The role is also responsible for designing and improving the reward program of cards and ensure development of segmented strategic alliance as reward program partners.
Job Description / Responsibility
- Assist in development of reward program(s) and ensure proper positioning
- Regular monitoring of market trend & effective data mining
- Assure development of segmented strategic alliance as reward program partners
- Ensure effective customer communication through marketing initiatives
- Ensure efficient portfolio management
- 4 years Graduation/ Masters in any discipline from a reputed university. Preferably with MBA in Finance/Marketing background
