Job Description / Responsibility

• Ensure timely opening or renovation of the retail stores as per requirement.
• Develop floor plan, store frontage, lighting plan, sections plan and complete layout of new/existing stores.
• Prepare detail/3D professional layouts of major new/existing stores & office.
• Make estimate of requirements for furniture, fixtures and number of lines to be displayed while preparing layouts.
• Follow up implementation of new ideas in store renovation.
• Follow up store renovation works of assigned projects to ensure that materials and workmanship are available according to work order and that works are completed in time.
• Check quality of works done according to requirement.
• Ensure proper maintenance of the furniture and other assets provided to the retail stores.
• Ensure and follow up proper safety & compliance of the stores.
• Maintain and ensure standardized as well as effective procurement procedure.
• Find out improved and efficient vendors and ways of working which will ensure effective F & F management.
